South Haven Amish Mennonite church is located 1 mile east of Millersburg, Indiana on County Road 42, then south 2/10 of a mile on County Road 43. The church and the cemetery are on the west side of the road. The cemetery received its permit in April 1983 to have burials here. This cemetery was copied in February 6, 1990.
