Located on the north side of CR 26, west of CR 35, in Middlebury Township. The cemetery consists of six sections. The rows in Sections 1, 2 and 3 were copied from north to south. The newer sections of 4, 5 and 6 were copied from south to north because these rows are being filled from south to north. This was first copied in July of 1975. Brought up to date Oct. 28, 1987.
